SUTTON LITTLE LEAGUE
Providing Football For Everyone

Fixtures & Results
This page is designed to give you all the required information on how to report the results and understand how the fixtures notifications will work going forward.

Full detailed instructions can be sourced centrally from the FA help website below but we have outlined the basics below for you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT USING THE PLAYER STATISTICS FEATURE FOR THE 2025/26 SEASON
Fixture Notifications
Throughout the season, team managers & assistants will get an email from FA Full Time giving them the fixtures that they have over the next 7 days. As you can see an example below;

This email will go out to team managers from both teams and simply act as a reminder that the game is coming up and it can be a nudge to remind your parents/players and get their availability and confirm the arrival time with them.

Should a game be postponed, moved date or kick off time, you will get an email like this giving the old information and also the new information. Should you not be sure of anything, simply ask your League Rep.

Result Notification
Fixture results are all divisions are to be reported via the new SMS (text message) process.

During each game (normally 15 minutes after kickoff), the Full-Time system will send an SMS Text Message to each registered mobile number (two for each team), reminding them to send in the result of the game. After the game, both teams should report the score by replying to their message giving the score for the game, home team first, away team second, and separated by a hyphen. For example:-
FA Full-Time Automated Results: CHE1 v MNU1 Sun 21 Sep 14:00. Reply with home and away scorers exactly in the format: H-A e.g. 2-1

The message you receive for a cup match will slightly different. You will receive a message similar to this:
FA Full-Time Automated Results: CHE1 v MNU1 Sun 21 Sep 14:00. Reply with H-A score, followed by AET and PENS if required: e.g. 2-2 3-3 AET 3-1 PENS
So, if you as the home team have won 3-2 in normal time then just reply: 3-2 as in a league game.
If scores were level at full-time and you as the home team won 3-2 after extra time (with the 90 minutes score at 2-2 in this case), then you need to reply: 2-2 3-2 AET
If extra time didn’t sort out a result then you will need to enter the full-time score, the score after extra time followed by AET, and then the penalties score (this is the number of penalties score – do not include goals scored in the match) which should look like this: 2-2 3-3 AET 4-1 PENS
As for league matches, if you are required to enter a team code then you need to place this immediately after the score like this: 3-2 CHE1 , or as in the above scenarios, just adding your team code after the rest of the message.

Upon responding to the text message (in the correct format) your results should automatically update on the website. Should you and the opposition team report two different results then the score will not be published and the League Rep or League Secretary will update it with the correct result.
