Sutton Little League Launches New App-Based Registration System

Sutton Little League is delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new app-based Registration System!

This exciting new platform will make registration smoother, faster, and more user-friendly for everyone — while also helping us save on administration costs and introduce new fundraising opportunities that directly support the league.

📝 Getting Started

Step 1 – Receive Your Link - Your team manager will share a unique registration link in your team’s WhatsApp group. This link will allow you to create a Parent/Guardian account and complete the details for your child (the player). Registration Links will be shared as follows; Rascals & Bantams: Week Commencing 13th October

Juniors & Inters: Week Commencing 20th October

Seniors: Week Commencing 27th October

Step 2 – Confirm Payment Plan - You’ll be asked to select a payment plan. There should only be one option, which reflects the same fee you paid at the start of the season. You will then need to enter your card details.

Please note: The system will not charge you now — there are no fees payable until next season, as usual.

Step 3 – Download the TeamFeePay App - Once registered, download the TeamFeePay app, where you’ll have direct access to your account and your child’s details. This gives you full control to update contact information and stay connected with ease throughout the season.

💙 Fundraising: Supporters Draw

We’re also excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Supporters Draw, starting immediately!

The first draw will run for 44 days, with the winner announced on Friday 28th November 2025.

You can enter by purchasing tickets at the following prices:

• £3.00 – 10 tickets

• £5.00 – 20 tickets

• £10.00 – 50 tickets

  
  

Each ticket will be entered automatically, and the system will randomly select a winner on the day.

🏆 The winner receives 50% of the total funds raised, with the remaining 50% going straight back into Sutton Little League to support our young players and volunteers.

This draw is open to everyone — including family and friends who aren’t part of the registration system.
